Ingemar Stenmark competed in the World Cup for 17 seasons, from 1974 to 1991. He won the overall World Cup title 13 times, including 11 consecutive titles from 1976 to 1986. Stenmark is considered one of the greatest skiers of all time. He is the only skier to win the World Cup title in all five alpine disciplines.
